internet connection with rooter

i 've installed windows vista since 2 days everything works, my modem is connected to the computer with an etherenet cable, the network is enabled and the ftp access, ping works. but i can only connect at www.google.com. I 've tried everythine (disable firewall, modem firewall, open ports, static ip ) but i can't have an internet access. The connection works only without Rooter. Help please ^^

Have you already done a Firmware update of your router? Maybe it helpes, it helped with me.
